Uday Saddam Hussein al-Tikriti was born in 1964, the oldest of five children from Saddam's marriage to his first cousin Sajida. Following a raid conducted on 22nd July, 2003 by U.S. forces on a residence in Mosul Iraq, a protracted firefight ensued in which Uday Hussein was killed along with his brother Qusay and two other people.
